Kiddies Club Policy

The Kiddies Club is valid for children under the age of 12.
All children must be accompanied by a registered adult (parent or legal guardian) at all times.
The card holder must be 18 years or older.

Each membership is held by one adult and linked to one child only.
One kiddies meal per membership per visit.
Benefits may not be used unless a valid Kiddies Club card is presented at the time of ordering.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared.

All registered adults earn 20% back in loyalty points on all qualifying spend.
Points are loaded to the Kiddies Club card and may be redeemed on future visits.
1 Point = R1.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Membership costs R99 per month, billed automatically.
On each successful monthly renewal, 99 loyalty points (equal to R99) are loaded onto the accompanying adult’s card.
Points may be redeemed like standard loyalty points.
Membership benefits apply only while the subscription is active.
Membership may be cancelled at any time.

The kiddies play area is available to all active Kiddies Club members.
Use of the play area is at the child’s and parent’s own risk.
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of their children at all times.
The restaurant, its owners, management, and staff accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the play area.
The continued success of the Kiddies Club directly contributes to ongoing improvements and enhancements of the kiddies play area for the enjoyment of all families.

7. Protection of Personal Information

All personal information collected for the Kiddies Club is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information is collected solely for membership administration, loyalty benefits, and communication related to the Kiddies Club.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
By joining the Kiddies Club, members consent to the collection and use of their personal information as outlined above.

The registered adult must be present to earn or redeem any benefits.
Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Points are not transferable and have no cash value.
Management reserves the right to amend this policy or withdraw benefits in cases of misuse or abuse.
