Refund Policy and Procedure for Special Events
3.1. General Refund Policy

In the event that a special event such as Jessica's Market, Jessica's Live on the Lawn, or Jessica's Paint Night is canceled or postponed, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and our refund policy.

3.2. Market Vendor Refund Policy

Market vendors must notify Jessica's Restaurants of their intention to withdraw from an event at least 14 days prior to the event in order to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be provided to market vendors who withdraw within 14 days of the event. This policy ensures compliance with Jocevents and allows for accurate budgeting of marketing expenses.

Market Vendor Obligations and Responsibilities

4.1. Market vendors are responsible for advertising the market on their social media platforms.
4.2. Market vendors are responsible for marketing and selling their products on the day of the event and may not hold Jessica's Restaurants accountable for their sales performance.
4.3. Jessica's Restaurants may incorporate a payment system for market day transactions.
4.4. Jessica's Restaurants reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event at its discretion.
4.5. No individuals under the age of 18 may be a vendor unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4.6. Vendors must comply with all applicable municipal bylaws and laws of South Africa and may not hold Jessica's Restaurants accountable for any non-compliance.
4.7. Jessica's Restaurants is not associated with any market vendor, and any disputes or issues arising between customers and vendors are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

Jessica's Live on the Lawn
5.1. Events may be canceled due to weather or performer-related issues, in which case the refund policy will apply.
5.2. No outside food or beverages may be brought onto the premises.
5.3. No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the event site.

Non-Disclosure and Commitment to Safe Events

By attending any event hosted by Jessica's Restaurants, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information and to conduct yourself in a manner that ensures the safety and well-being of all attendees.
