Service Description

FALCON 2 is one of two identical function venues at Ruimsig Country Club — banquet 120, classroom 150 or cinema 200 delegates. CONFERENCE PACKAGES (per person, minimum 20 delegates) • Half Day — R330 pp: arrival tea & coffee, plus mid-morning tea, coffee and assorted wraps & sandwiches. • Half Day with lunch — R440 pp. • Full Day — R480 pp: arrival tea & coffee, mid-morning wraps & sandwiches, lunch, mid-afternoon tea & coffee, jugs of water and mints. Venue hire is INCLUDED in the conference package. Half day runs 08:00–13:00 or 13:00–17:00; full day 08:00–17:00. After 17:00 an overtime fee of R1 500 per hour (or part thereof) applies. INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE Flip chart & markers; water, notebooks and pens on the tables; tables & chairs; black or white linen; black chair covers; cutlery, crockery and glassware; buffet station setup; secure parking; back-up generator; an events coordinator; 1 waiter per 20 delegates and 2 barmen per 50 delegates. NOT INCLUDED Audio-visual. A standard projector & screen is available at R600 per day; additional AV, lighting and technical support are quoted separately. Groups under 20 delegates are served an à la carte lunch menu with selected options in Coppa Bar. PRIVATE VENUE HIRE (a function that is not a conference or a golf day) R6 000 per venue for non-members, R3 000 per venue for members. The events team confirms membership status and issues the final quotation. Golf days normally use both Falcon venues together. PAYMENT 50% deposit on confirmation when booked more than 14 days ahead; balance and final numbers 14 days prior; full payment if booked within 14 days. All rates include VAT at 15%. Kosher, halaal and vegetarian requirements are quoted accordingly. Reserving a date here places a provisional hold.
